別濫用派遣員！　未來派遣比例不得超過3%

國內從事臨時性或派遣工作者達近76萬人，勞工權益受損案例頻傳，勞委會研擬許久的《派遣勞工保護法》今出爐，未來除醫事、保全、航空、船員、大眾運輸駕駛、採礦、其他經主管機關指定等7類工作類型完全不得使用派遣外，其餘企業、政府機關使用派遣工人數不得超過總僱用人數3%，違者可處9到45萬元罰鍰，還可公告僱主姓名並連續處罰。

但草案也規定，派遣工比例限制在法律自公布後3年才生效，也就是企業與政府機關可有3年的緩衝期降低派遣工人數至法定標準。（唐鎮宇／台北報導）
