今年三十歲的梁靖琪(Toby)於二○一一年和闊少黃敏豪結婚，婚後二人人前表現恩愛，但於二○一二年九月梁靖琪Toby被《東周刊》拍得和吳卓羲到海南島拍《衝上雲霄II》時，夜晚於酒店泳池又攬又摸，狀甚親熱，有傳當時報道曝光後，梁靖琪Toby的老爺即大動肝火，曾怒斥她行為不檢點，而丈夫亦看不過眼，有指黃敏豪半年前已向Toby提出離婚。

至今日(二月四日)下午一時左右，梁靖琪Toby於微博留言:「多謝大家的關心！我與Aaron的確和平地分開了，而當中不涉及任何第三者，所以我亦不會對所有不實的報道作任何回應。我倆仍是好朋友！多謝一直以來愛錫我的朋友。」
