缺工缺料　筆電面板價格逆勢止跌

中國農曆春節已過，整體面板市場正式步入淡季，液晶面板價格也開始進入庫存調整期，但筆電與監視器面板價格，因板缺工缺料而止跌甚至反彈。

根據市調單位WitsView公佈2月上旬面板價格，液晶電視價格平均跌幅約在1~2美元之間，而筆記型電腦面板與液晶監視器面板價格，因受到面板廠缺工缺料的影響出現止跌，部分尺寸更是呈現上漲的格局，預計可維持到4月左右。
 
WitsView協理劉陳宏指出，由於中國惠民政策退出後，先前政府補貼導致提前消費，讓中國電視需求受到影響，雖然元春銷售尚未出爐，但是就目前來看中國元春銷售將較去年同期下滑3~4%，而後續整機庫存和面板庫存是否增高，就得看3月去化的結果。

若是庫存高積未消，加上面板廠未能大量減少產能利用率，屆時將會嚴重影響後續電視面板報價，進而拖累五一的行情。（吳秀樺／台北報導）
