黃世銘出庭　笑臉賀新年

檢察總長黃世銘涉嫌洩密案，台北地院今天將開庭一整天，進行辯論。黃世銘早上9時20分到達北院時，先前曾向黃下跪獻花的紅衣女粉絲，立刻趨前大喊：「總長加油！」黃世銘笑得開心與女粉絲握手，隨即連聲說：「大家好！新年快樂！」心情似乎不錯。
 
今天辯論重點在於黃世銘向總統馬英九報告、公佈監聽譯文內容，是否構成洩密罪並違反《通保法》。(丁牧群／台北報導)
