《傳產》去年房屋拍賣移轉8093棟，再創新低

【時報-台北電】內政部公布去年全台拍賣移轉棟數，全年拍賣移轉量僅有8093棟，較前一年量縮15.57%，繼前年跌破萬棟大關後，再次寫下內政部記錄拍賣移轉資料以來的新低量。五都同步量縮，尤以台中萎縮25.86%最多，量縮最少的是台北市3.49%。

相較於2003年的榮景，被視為空頭指標的拍賣量去年表現還不到全盛時期的15%，住商不動產企劃研究室指出，近年來中古市場活絡，加上拍賣不一定減到便宜，是拍賣移轉量萎縮的重要因素。(新聞來源：中時即時王玉樹)
