初估只需1個星期就能歸隊的洛杉磯湖人「鬥牛士」Pau Gasol，經過再度評估，5日確認至少得休上2個星期，讓近況淒慘無比的「紫金軍」雪上加霜。

Gasol是在日前核磁共振（MRI）檢測時，發現腹股溝右側受傷，這次傷勢可能得讓他缺席至少6場比賽，復出只能待明星賽後再說。

Gasol本季平均每場攻下17分、10.2籃板，目前還是湖人與鳳凰城太陽協商中的交易籌碼。

湖人1日輸給夏洛特山貓後，戰績16勝31敗，是隊史自1966-67年球季後最爛，如今再損大將，交易八卦再起並不意外。
