公共建設太爛　南非民眾怒上街頭

南非多處地點昨天出現抗議活動，在約翰尼斯堡以東的布朗賀斯特地區，群眾在公路上焚燒輪胎，設置路障，表達對政府不滿。這些來自貧困城鎮的民眾表示經常缺水、缺電，抱怨政府收費太高。根據當局統計，最近3個月以來，南非已出現569次示威活動。今年是南非大選年，再過幾個月就要投票，南非廢除種族隔離政策屆滿20年，但民眾抱怨生活狀況改善不夠多。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
