啱啱踏入馬年，荷里活就發生令人心痛嘅噩耗。影帝菲臘西摩荷夫曼於周日（ 2日）被發現倒斃於紐約寓所，終年 46歲。據警方初步調查，菲臘左臂插住針筒，寓所除搜出 70小包海洛英之外，另有 20支棄置針筒，估計菲臘因吸毒過量致死。 

事實上，早於大學期間， 22歲嘅菲臘已開始接觸毒品，並一度入戒療院消除毒癮。可惜毒根深種，有指近日跟女友分手而意志消沉嘅佢，突然重拾惡習，去年 5月更再度入戒療院。
