英國 將設人民幣清算行

英國財政大臣歐斯本（George Osborne）今天表示，正積極與大陸當局協商，希望不久的將來能在倫敦設置人民幣清算銀行。

倘若倫敦人民幣清算行完成設立，將是雙方自2013年簽署人民幣2,000億元（約新台幣1兆元）本幣互換協議（SWAP） ，以及英國獲得人民幣800億元（約新台幣4,000億元）RQFII額度後，在人民幣業務上最大進展。

路透報導，隨著人民幣國際能見度增加，倫敦的人民幣交易及投資活動正快速成長。市場估計倫敦人民幣外匯交易日均量達到30至50億美元，相當於香港的三分之一至四分之一。

中國人民銀行自2013年至今，已指定中國銀行、中國工商銀行等機構，擔任台灣、新加坡、盧森堡及澳洲等地的人民幣業務清算銀行。
