調降18%不違憲 關中對改革增信心

部分享有18%優惠存款利率的退休人員，因不滿銓敘部降低退休軍公教人員每月退休所得上限，導致他們每月損失一萬多元，認為政府違反信賴保護原則，聲請大法官釋憲，昨天，大法官釋憲認為基於公益考量，銓敘部沒有違憲。

考試院長關中今天在考試院會表示，大法官釋憲給予考試院在年金改革上更多信心。
