太貴！　駿林科技億元廠辦流標

近期有不少高價廠辦釋出法拍市場，歌林股份有限公司子公司、專營電腦系統產品研發製造的駿林科技，位於安南區工業二路100號廠辦今午在台南地方法院舉行第1拍，廠辦共3層樓，總面積約3897.68坪，1拍底價1億1000萬元，因無人投標流標，寬頻房訊表示，因價格過高，「要等3拍較有機會。」
 
晶發光電股份有限公司位於台南市善化區廠辦11日也將執行第1拍，總面積3989.11坪，底價10億5918萬元，但其中動產部分就高達381宗、7億多元，104法拍屋總經理籃茂山認為，流標機率高。（王筱君／台北報導）
