北京時間2月7日下午消息，知情人士向彭博社表示，中國五礦為主的財團接近達成交易，將逾50億美元收購嘉能可秘魯銅礦。

新浪財經訊北京時間2月7日下午消息，知情人士向彭博社表示，中國五礦為主的財團接近達成交易，將逾50億美元收購嘉能可秘魯銅礦。

知情人士稱，協議或最早本月宣佈，需要獲得政府批准。一位知情者稱該資或接近60億美元。

消息人士稱，中國財團包括五礦、中信下屬機構、國有資監管機構背書的投資公司China Reform Holding Corp.。

嘉能可出售秘魯銅礦是與中國監管機構所達成協議的部分內容，涉及其去年290億美元收購Xstrata 。中國公司正尋求利用大宗商品價格下跌的機會收購海外資，中國是全球最大的銅消費國。

嘉能可在香港交易的股票價格漲幅一度達到4.2%，為7個月來最大漲幅，收盤最終上漲2.9%。倫敦交易的股票在彭博社報導后延續了昨日的上漲，漲幅最高達3.3% 。(谷雲)
