為響應聯合國NGO世界公民總會發起的全球「良心時代」運動，前副總統呂秀蓮下午在「愛蓮會」新春團拜中，與來賓宣讀「良心三善業」宣言。她在受訪時肯定陸委會主委王郁琦在王張會上的表現。
